I'm puzzled that the family of Kevin Jones continued with the investigation after their son was found innocent and paid for the DNA test yet Nona's mother was so quick to ask why the boyfriend wasn't out there looking for the killer. The family had no further obligation so kudos to the Jones family for their tenacity.

I can't believe these Arkansas idiots were so dumb to make a big deal out of the killer leaving the condom "wrapper". Why on earth would the killer worry about the "wrapper"? He didn't forget the "condom". He probably thought what every other person would think. "Why should I worry about the wrapper?" It's the "condom" that has my sperm in it. Geez, their stupidity allowed this vicious killer to go free.

It is hard to belive that the small town doesn't have a department that uses common sense. This is why so many people do not have faith in the judical system anymore. We now have a murder rapist out free waiting to get caught again at the expense of the poor victim that he will get somewhere. The system then needs to get sued for all the wrongs that happened in this case. To think they even had his DNA. He must be laughing at the system. Shame on them!!!

An uncle of Nona's testified that Kevin joined him and other family members on a trip to Nona's apartment to collect some things before her funeral. The uncle says Kevin looked under a mattress and through dirty clothes and garbage for a DVD that once found, Kevin continued searching. I believe the only thing he could have expected to find in those areas was the condom belonging to the wrapper.

The last story and some others are cases shown before/w some additions. I would think there'd be plenty of new crimes to report.
