When Darlene failed to show up at their son's 10th birthday party, Tom said he feared the worst and returned home to find her shot dead in the shower. Though investigators never found the murder weapon, a suspicious bag of shotgun shells found in the basement along with testimonials from Tom and Darlene's son and his friend about a strange noise they heard that day, lead to Tom's conviction. Thinking the case was over, the defense team is soon approached by a stranger with new evidence that would turn everything upside down.

Saw this show just recently, CAN"T UNDERSTAND WHY IT WAS MARKED AS A NEW SHOW AND WHY IT WAS ADVERTISED AS A NEW SHOW. I would swear this show was a rerun!!!!!
prosecutors need to earn that position. My wife died in the hospital. So i did not kill her. She was my best friend and my other friends must have thought i was not acting normal.Now would i have been guilty of murder if i had sex 3 weeks after she died? Maybe prosecutors should have to have a spouse die before being allowed to get that office.You never know what you will do under curtain situations. And yes i would have had sex, had the situation arose .
