It is quite obvious that there are illegal Hispanics at most of the illegal grows so why does our government want to give free reign to the illlegals in the US? We don't mind that people from other countries come to America, that is what America is made of, however, there is a right way and a wrong way of entering. Why don't they put up electric fences on the borders and put our armed forces there to prevent the drug trafficing to our country? I know there is a large market in America, however, if there wasn't access to the drugs, they wouldn't be buying them. Think of the billions of dollars this would save the taxpayers who are currently supporting them on SSD, food stamps and welfare programs. Please don't make marijuana legal, as it only leads to more addictive drug use. Someone has to start a war with the drug cartels and get them out of business and since we are so eager to start wars, why not us?
Can you please address the extension of the Emergency ban of the 5 chemicals used to make synthetic marijuana? Why are we not seeing the DEA use the Federal Analogue Act to persecute synthetic marijuana makers who are using analogues of the banned chemicals? I understand that the Analogue Act requires that the chemical be used for human consumption and fake pot products are marked "not for human consumption", but these guys are all over the internet talking about how you can't fail drug tests with their products (requiring consumption) and references to flavor, etc. I've got the perfect case, if I can get an agency to investigate and prosecute, including promotional and other video referring to acts that can only include human consumption, chain of evidence, from purchase receipt back to invoices from the retailer, and a dead person as a result.
