Tom Brokaw reports The Road Back, a story that follows three families through the war in Iraq. From 2002, before the war, until present day, Brokaw chronicles the lives of an American soldier who fought in the war; an Iraqi family who was living under the tyranny of Saddam Hussein and an Iraqi American family that returned to Iraq to rebuild their homeland. Their dramatic stories put a human face on colossal historic events.
The Road Back premieres Sunday, August 7th, at 7pm/6c.

I am 53 and never write notes like this. However, having a legal background, and my degree in Forensics, and having common sense, this trial was a farce! Can't you send the show to the best defense attorneys across the country and try to save this young man? I have seen plenty of guilty people, but to have the whole case manufactured on testimony that should never have been let in-- none of it makes sense. I usually believe the DA and the police. But they were pressured and they made mistakes and this young man is innocent. There were no forensics at all. When a DA and Judge put their own ego before an innocent it leaves us feeling hopeless with our legal system. I beg you to help this family in any way you can.
