I am from Colombia(legally) and I will not go there ,I am afraid for my kids they are blond with blue eyes ,don't speak Spanish and that is what made me afraid ,everyone there think everything form USA is dollars, they think (gringos) slant for Americans are rich......she is lucky she is alive and they didn't rape her, this people are danger..... they are animals .I don't know why people from here go there ,this is not the first time this happen I saw other segment were they kidnapped the husband ,now they are safe living America .
I have lived in Bogota, Colombia for 4 years. I'm blond, blue-eyed and have had the most wonderful experience in Colombia. Having lived all over the world I can say that the Colombian people are some of the most generous, chivalrous, kind, hard-working and happy people I've ever come across. Dangereous people are found in all parts, unfortunately, the media and movie industry continually shed a negative light on this country. I feel safer in Bogota than I do in some parts of the USA. In my humble opinion, Colombia is a hidden treasure.
